Excellent product to consume without moderation! The sweet varieties are surprisingly delicious! Being vegan, I was able to find my happiness in all their recipes and it's pretty cool! I highly recommend it!

A must-have product from Nice is in the spotlight! Great concept. Discovered at the Nice beer festival, I had the opportunity to taste their very good panisses. There was something for every taste: classic panisses, Niçoise/Provencal flavors or exotic flavors (cumin, espelette pepper among others) and even sweet (orange blossom is a killer)! Let's hope they grow in size so we can find them more often!

Light, tasty (we had lunch with 3 different flavors: espelette pepper, turmeric and pepper), soft and with a fine crispy skin: excellent! Bravo for the professionalism of the "youngsters" who monitor the essential parameter of the oil baths with an electronic thermometer!
